What’s New?
The new lineup doesn’t bring radical changes compared to the 2022 version. The engines are still the same, and so is the performance. However, according to sources, the carmaker is preparing a set of changes for the 2024 heavy-duty vehicles, improving towing capacity, torque, and horsepower.

Performance
The standard 6.6-litre V8 engine delivers 401 horsepower and a torque capacity of 464 lb-ft, with a six-speed automatic transmission. The 6.6-litre Duramax Turbo-Diesel V8 is even more powerful, with 910 lb-ft of torque and 445 horsepower. This engine also has a different transmission: the Allison 10-speed automatic transmission. The towing capacity is 16,800 lbs (gas engine) and 20,000 lbs (diesel). The Trailering Package is standard across the lineup.
Interior and Exterior Design
There are a few options for seating surfaces, depending on the trim. Surfaces include vinyl, cloth, and perforated leather. Entry-level trims also come with a single-zone climate control system as default. You can always know how the weather is outside, with the outside temperature display default in all models.
The flagship model, Denali, comes with smoked amber LED roof lamps, while other trims might have to pay an extra for it. Power-adjustable vertical trailering mirrors (black) are available for the Pro and standard in the SLT. This feature isn’t available for other models. There are LED daytime running lamps for all models.
Technology and Infotainment
There’s a SiriusXM three-month Platinum trial subscription available for the Pro; this feature is standard for the rest of the lineup. Trims from the SLT above come with a three-month trial subscription for the SiriusXM with 360L. There’s a Technology Package, only available for AT4 and Denali, with a 15-inch multi-colour head-up display and rear camera mirror.
Safety Features
There’s a Teen Driver Mode with configurable features to improve driving behaviour. This mode also turns on a few driving assists and other safety features automatically. All models come with six airbags as standard. Other default safety features include Hitch Guidance, a rear seat reminder, and electronic stability control.
